It has come to our attention that Min Hee Jin’s depravity knows no depths. In October of 2024 Min, using her army of New Jeans bunnies, helped to launch an offensive account on X designed to denigrate artists of Jewish faith and those that support the right for Israel to exist. Her bunnies were instructed to spread the hate far and wide.

Min is using these blatant anti-Semitic attacks in an attempt to engage in blood libel and slander her former employers, which is just the latest in a long string of attempted attacks she has deployed while attempting to evade the justice that awaits her for her crimes. Korea is supportive of Israel. K-pop is about inclusivity and tolerance through beautiful music spread throughout the world. No amount of racism is going to save MHJ in trying to divide the community. We all see through her hatred and know she will answer in court for her actions.

November 20, 2024

It was time for an update, as we are incredibly heartened today. Two good pieces of news that left us with hope.

The Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor dismissed claims of workplace harassment brought about by Hanni — saying she cannot be regarded as a worker under the labor law.

Further, the agency stated that the decision was made because of the contract Hanni signed, “which involves working in a subordinate relationship for wages.” They continued, “their relationship is where each party fulfills their contractual obligations as equal contracting parties, making it difficult to consider there was supervision or direction from the company.”

The final blow was delivered when it was stated “Hanni bears the risks associated with generating profits and potential losses from entertainment activities.”

E.g. again, no real wrongdoing was found on the part of HYBE, and these charges levied against the company are only serving to further damage the reputation of New Jeans and its members.

Min Hee Jin also announced her resignation from the company today; in a fiery thesis which of course, placed the full scope of blame with HYBE.

Let’s unpack it.

First, Min vowed to hold HYBE legally accountable for violating the shareholder’s agreement and for their “illegal activities.”

This simply is outrageous, as the only party that violated the shareholder agreement and acted illegally was Min.

Not only did she continuously demand more and more money from HYBE — which was far outside the bounds of the agreement and beyond what was typically compensated — Min’s involvement with a shaman and disclosure of confidential material violated the terms, as did her open and proven efforts to ruin HYBE’s reputation to create a better opportunity for her to purchase ADOR from the company.

The illegal sharing of confidential and inside information to investors, media, and competitors, illegal participation in fraud, and dangerous involvement and liaisons with a shaman more than allow for Min to be prosecuted, not HYBE.

Based on today and the previous ruling by the court and assorted agencies, the powers at be are beginning to recognize this.

Further, Min states HYBE’s audit was illegal — it was not. As employees of the company, we understand that when we sign contracts, the company is allowed to explore what they believe to be fraudulent activities.

Perhaps at this point Min is aware but we’re not entirely sure — that any personal conversations of hers that were brought to light were given voluntarily by her pernicious number two, who folded like a house of cards when questioned.

Perhaps this is news to Min, but it’s wildly known and accepted that company materials are admissible to be monitored and audited by the company that owns them.

Something we really got a kick out of, was when Min said she tried to restore ADOR and new Jeans to their pre-April state. Min is the sole reason for ADOR and New Jeans experiencing the difficulty they currently are. Her manipulation of the parents of New Jeans members and of the members themselves, her false accusations that she herself manipulated and planted with media in regards to channel stuffing, and the accusations levied against HYBE — are what’s caused trouble to the label and its acts.

Further, her admittance and ownership of sending the so called “whistleblowing” emails also showcases the direct violation she was in of her shareholder agreement — as well as the insidiousness of her actions.

The (now deleted) video posted by New Jeans, Hanni’s testimony, all of it, have done nothing but put these poor young women in a position where they are losing revenue, popularity, and access to resources that could provide stability and opportunity for the rest of their lives.

We only hope they too begin to realize the poison that Min is.

The statement also shows her utter shamelessness. As she’s now trapped herself into a corner she’s now trying to justify the “ugly lies and hypocrisy” she herself showcased, by coming forward finally and taking responsibility for the fake whistleblowing situations she herself manufactured and provided to the media.

It’s been proven again, and again, that these claims — copying IP and channel stuffing — were false. Not just by HYBE, but by Min’s #2 at ADOR, by the parents of New Jeans, and by the so called “insiders” Min tricked into giving information out of context.

And let’s not forget — that these actions were carried out by a person who was under instruction from a shaman. A person who fat shamed and consistently referred to New Jeans members as pigs. A person who called their female employees “bitches.” A person who placed a women who had filed a sexual harassment claim in a room with the man she accused and had a plan to “destroy her.”

If anyone should take a step back and evaluate being a human being, or recommend finding their conscience, it’s not HYBE.

Further, the representation that HYBE is using subsidiaries to file suits is absurd. The so called whistleblowing letters Min has now finally taken credit for alleged that BELIFT was attempting IP infringement of ADOR and New Jeans. Those are serious allegations, that would of course be met with legal repercussions. We’re unsure what she expected with that.

And, while we’re speaking of unfair media play — let’s also talk about a woman who used the Korean media to carry out her dirty work, and hid behind them when finally called to task.

Thankfully, her victim card — when she was surprised HYBE would ask for in person meetings and forensic consent — is showing. After engaging publicly in the attempted takedown of a company, did she really think they would let her have free reign to try it again?

After several paragraphs of the same lies, we see now that Min is attempting to write the same slandor over and over in the attempt to make it true.

In fact, the hellish fight, violation of shareholder agreements, baseless violence, moral hazard, dirty media play, malicious defamation, and actions that damage the essence of a business — were all done by Min.

I can only imagine the sense of relief and palpable happiness HYBE must be feeling to be done with this vile person, at least for now.

While we know she won’t be gone entirely, let’s only hope this is the first productive step in the right direction.

Min Hee-jin is a conniving, despicable person.

Despite the victim she’s portrayed with great success – largely due to the lack of journalistic integrity in Korea– her real persona and our experience under her cruelty cannot be hidden any longer.

It’s time the truth was finally revealed. It’s time for things to be set right.

Despite the current news cycle, Min was a terror before HYBE caught her dirty dealings out.

We wish we could say embezzlement and fraud was the worst of it, but it’s not.

Min hates women

It’s a well-catalogued fact. And despite being the leader of the company, she created a hostile, abusive, and sexually inappropriate environment.

She would refer to employees frequently as “bitches” who needed to be taught a lesson, put in their place, and receive punishment.

Min even successfully helped her seedy second-in-command cover up a legitimate claim of sexual harassment made by one of her own employees against him. Not only did she coach this despicable man how to handle the situation and how to deal with HYBE’s investigation of it so that it would benefit him, she rebuked the HYBE process and insisted on an in-person meeting between her, her second-in-command, and the employee. It was Min’s duty to protect the person making the claim, and she put her in a room with the man she accused. And then humiliated her in front of him.

The employee resigned from ADOR as a result, which was a surprise to no one. We’re so proud of her for pursuing the lawsuit, so the details can finally be appropriately explored, and actions remedied.

Unfortunately, there’s so much more

Her derogatory remarks extended not only to employees but also artists – with NewJeans often being the subject of her scorn. Min frequently called them “fat,” saying they were “pigs.” These are the women currently standing up to HYBE on her behalf and insisting Min get reinstated, and she referred to them as barnyard animals.

The men were a target too, despite her open disdain for women – using foul and cruel language to describe BTS, making repeated and frankly shocking statements about Bang, and totally eschewing professionalism when speaking about ILLIT, Le SSERAFIM, TWS, and more.

Min’s accusation of channel stuffing is not only untrue, but one that can have significant ramifications on the company, the teams in charge of inventory and sales, and the artists themselves. Though, Min has no care, courtesy, or empathy, which is clearly evidenced by her manipulation of NewJeans’ parents.

In a masterful, despicable act, Min knew she needed a proxy to carry out bogus claims against HYBE. So, she inciting fear and discontent with NewJeans’ innocent families.

The oldest member of NewJeans is 20. Hyein is only 16. And despite their global success and incredible talent, it doesn’t change the fact that these are young women whose parents care about them.

Min didn’t stop at copyright infringement accusations; she told the parents that HYBE was going to drop NewJeans altogether. Again, these are parents to young women, who poured their heart and souls into their career, who were at the precipice of unbelievable success, being told these lies. Of course they were scared. Of course they were angry. Of course they would be malleable and willing to do whatever they could for their children.

And so, they sent HYBE a complaint that kicked everything off and allowed Min to pursue her plan of taking over ADOR – despite already being its CEO.

The reason for all this? Why she felt she was untouchable despite her deplorable workplace behavior, attacking the very company that employed and invested in her, and putting her own artists and their families through hell with zero concern for their wellbeing, while pretending she’s without any guilt?

A shaman told her it was part of a prophecy, and that with the shaman’s help, Min would take over ADOR in three year’s time.

A shaman Min believed as possessed with the spirit of her deceased sister.

A shaman who Min depended on for major and minor decisions – and a shaman who was paid to perform rituals which would “benefit” Min.

It’s nefarious. And this right here, is the truth. The actual truth. Not the victim-blaming nonsense Min has been capitulating for the past several months.

It’s time to stop believing her

There’s no good in her actions or intentions. This is to fulfill her own fake prophecy at the hurt and ruin of others. Min might have been swindled by a con artist, but don’t let the same thing happen to you. We’re not staying silent anymore. If you have been personally affected by Min, please share them. We’re in this together.

Together, we can finally expose her for the terror she really is.

Min Hee-jin has such a long trail of destruction in her past of abuse that there are more survivors over the last 5-10 years with stories to be told. Please write here with your tips so we can bring her to justice.
